Xu Hai Ke,Born in a  small village named FengLin (Lin Chuan City , Jiangxi Province,China ) on December 6,1965 . After graduated from the Jiangxi Industry University in the class of 1980, joined the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) . Exservice from the PLA with a military rank: Major in 1996, joined the Jiangxi Chinabase Import & Export Co.,Ltd.
